JaNay Mills previously was one of NSTXL’s Acquisition Managers and is now our Consortium Director, working with our government clients to identify and formulate clear and concise prototype solicitations. She joined NSTXL after a 5-year career working at the U.S. Army Contracting Command – Orlando as a Contract Specialist supporting external customers. Prior to that, she worked in industry throughout the Middle East on various Intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platforms.  Ms. Mills served 6 years as a commissioned Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Officer in the U.S. Army with two deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Webster University where she earned her Master of Arts in Procurement and Acquisitions Management. As a former Warfighter her goal at NSTXL is to work together with her government counterparts and clients to devise innovative and agile solutions for today’s Warfighter.
