(CUI) ERM RFI Q&A Responses 6.8.2022
The United States Space Force’s Space Systems Command (SSC), in support of the Battle Management Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3) Information Mobility Branch (SSC/BCTI), is seeking information on an Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) system. This system will manage several independent antenna sources to support contact requests from Satellite Operation Centers (SOCs). Examples of resources include Satellite Control Network (SCN) resources, commercially-owned antennas, Federal Government partner antennas, other resources (e.g., USSF mission specific or foreign), and ancillary devices. The proposed solution should bolster the Space Force’s and SOCs’ access to space vehicles (SVs) by maximizing the utilization of all available resources.
