Tim serves as the President and Founder of NSTXL, supporting the SpEC OT strategy and operations. Tim brings over 20 years of experience building and managing non-profit technology consortia. S2MARTS is the fourth national organization he has helped to launch and build, each of which focuses on scaling and commercializing innovative technology through policy and public-private partnerships. He brings deep knowledge of the acquisition space with specific expertise in Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs). Tim holds a Master of Public Policy from the Sanford Institute at Duke University and a Bachelors Degree in Government from the University of Texas, Austin. He resides in North Carolina with his two children.
