Cameron Wishka serves as the Deputy Director of the Space Enterprise Consortium (SpEC) OTA at NSTXL, where he leads and manages all SpEC OTA initiatives. In this role, Mr. Wishka partners closely with Space Systems Command (SSC) to ensure effective execution and strategic growth of the OTA, driving innovation, collaboration, and mission success in space defense.

With over 17 years of experience spanning the aerospace and finance sectors, Cameron has held a variety of leadership roles in program and project management, operations, finance, and strategy. His career reflects a strong commitment to delivering creative solutions, enhancing logistics and systems, and fostering cross-functional engagement. He is particularly passionate about building resilient pipelines, both in business and talent development.

Outside of his professional work, Cameron has served for the past seven years on the Executive Board of Control for a nonprofit organization, holding key roles including Treasurer, Publicity Chair, and Events Chair.

Cameron holds an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Change from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Long Beach. He is based in Los Angeles, California.
