Mr. Crowe is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and project management, particularly in the areas of submarine combat systems, command and control, and electronic warfare systems. Throughout his career at NSWC Crane, he held various positions of increasing responsibility and played a key role in the design, development, and management of several important defense programs. His extensive experience in program management, systems engineering, and logistics functions makes him a valuable addition as Vice President NSTXL – Space Enterprise Consortium (SpEC) OTA.
